eBayで部材を買うときは安い中国から買うことが多い。当然、リスク覚悟なので、あまりお高い物は買わない。
これまで3年以上、100回以上は購入しているので、それほど神経質にならずとも、概ね良好な購入ができている実績がある。
過去に1度だけ、ものが届かず、eBayのクレームシステムでクレームを上げたことがあった。ショップ側は、丁寧に対応してくれたが、結局届かずうやむやに。$1程度の非常に安価なものだったのであまり気にはしなかったが、そんなショップもあるのだという経験として。
そして、今回2回目のクレームをしたので、その経緯を紹介しよう。
日本で購入すると、このタイプは意外と高い。10個組みで1000円以下というのはやはり格安だ。そこで、思わずポチッと。
概ね2週間で物は届いた。包みを開けると、10個のうちの1個に保護のプラスチックカバーがない。包装の際に落ちてしまったのだろうなぁと思いつつ、eBayのメッセージシステムショップにその旨伝えてみた。
